70s Aqua Knit Maxi Dress with Ribbed Bodice Ruffle Details Vintage by Leslie Fay.

Mid weight polyester knit. Gorgeous aqua color perfect for spring. Ruffle details at neckline, cuffs, and pockets are bordered with a gray decorative stitch. U-shaped neckline. Fabric covered buttons to just past waist. Long sleeves and bodice are ribbed while skirt is a smooth knit. Small pockets at front of hips. Maxi length. Excellent condition except the dress was wet when purchased and I believe the fabric covered buttons are rusted underneath the fabric - this resulted in a very faint orange coloring at the top of the buttons. Wearable as is but the buttons should be replaced either with something different or new covered buttons created with fabric from the hem of the skirt. If/when I make this repair, the price will increase significantly.
