70s Blue Silk Floral Blouse and Vest Bohemian Button Up Vintage by Jean Clement.

100% silk. Very nice matte look silk. Slate blue with purple, pink, and yellow floral pattern. Top is collared, has long sleeves, buttons from neck to hem, and has buttons at cuffs. Vest is sleeveless, quilted, has an open front and also has gold thread throughout. Beautiful set. Excellent condition.
